Welcome to the Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice Palliative Care Organization’s Membership portal.  As a member of this organization you will enjoy all of the benefits of membership, from 50% discounts to all of our educational events to weekly updates and regulatory alerts.  It will give you access to technical assistance & networking capability to name just a few of the benefits.

There are different levels of membership: Hospice & Palliative Care Providers are considered voting members.  Associate memberships are open to vendors and companies that support providers in better end of life care.  Associate members often exhibit at our educational events, networking directly with hospice and palliative care providers in Mississippi and Louisiana. Organizational members are homecare agencies, educational institutions, nursing facilities that contribute to improving end of life care in this part of the country.  Professional and Individual Memberships are open to anyone not affiliated with a hospice or palliative care provider who is not also members of LMHPCO.  Click on the appropriate category for your agency and complete your profile page.
