Individual Members

This membership category is available to any individual interested in end-of-life care in Louisiana and/or Mississippi and supportive of the purpose and goals of LMHPCO. Please note: Employees of licensed hospice providers are not eligible for Individual Memberships, unless their agency is a Provider Member. Individual Members are non-Voting Members who will receive our monthly publication, The Journal and weekly electronic Updates, including HNN (hospice News Network) . Your membership provides you with the latest Regulatory information, networking capabilities, access to technical assistance, input into the creation of recommended policy and our Member Login Portal.
