As a 501(c)(4) advocacy organization, The Alliance depends on voluntary financial support to sustain and expand our efforts in Jackson, Baton Rouge, and Washington, D.C. Your commitment ensures we can continue to represent hospice & palliative care interests effectively at the state and national levels.
We suggest providers consider basing contributions on your corporate average daily census over the past 12 months:

Tier 4
Agencies | 100 - 249 patients | $1,500 |
